Orders can be shipped to over 200 countries & territories by Parcelforce Worldwide.
While we will Endeavour to assist with any customs related issues,
the customs clearance and any costs involved are the responsibility of the importer.
Countries with Official Retailers
For countries and territories where Tactical 1652 has a retailer, it will be most cost effective for
customers to order from their local retailer. Orders received from customers who have a local retailer,
will be given the option to be re-directed to that retailer or to submit the order as an enquiry to Tactical 1652.

Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Nauru, Netherlands, New Zealand,

Returns
Cancellation & Items no longer required
Orders cancelled after dispatch of the goods will be refunded only once the items are returned to us,
and will be subject to a deduction for postage and packaging costs. Items must be returned within 7 days
from receiving the goods. The customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. In all instances,
goods must be returned as new, with no blemish, defect or parts missing, neither must the outer packaging
show any damage or be defaced in anyway.
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged for a different size, provided they are returned to us within 7 days from receiving the goods.
The customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods, and an additional postage and packaging
charge at the relevant rate. In all instances, goods must be returned clean and unused with no blemish, defect or parts missing.

Faulty Goods
All Tactical 1652 products undergo a stringent quality control process; we expect our products to live up to the highest standards,
